Callayomi County Water District Board of Directors Opening!
The district is looking for a community-minded person to participate in the management of Middletown’s water system.
Responsibilities:
- attend monthly meetings (3rd Thursday: 4:00pm), and occasional special meetings
- review informational document packet before meeting
- periodically serve on a committee to research and review relevant information
- participate in oversite and decision making related to finances, personnel, and district development
Requirements and Benefits:
- must live full-time and be a registered voter in the district, and be current on your water bill
- complete and submit an application (and other requested documents, if appointed)
- attendance of meetings by board members is compensated with $100.00 stipend

Note: the directors are elected positions with 4-year terms. The open position is up for election in 2026.
